The Unity Roots Community Garden, an initiative of New Beginnings Community Outreach Corporation, is more than just a garden—it’s a place where neighbors unite, learn, and grow. Located in the heart of Harris, Fort Bend, and Montgomery County, Texas, this garden serves as a source of fresh, healthy produce and a hub for education, connection, and sustainability.

Our Mission:

At Unity Roots, we aim to combat food insecurity by providing fresh produce to our food pantry and soup kitchen, foster community unity through shared gardening efforts, and educate on sustainable living practices. Together, we’re building a stronger, healthier, and more connected community.

What We Do:

Food Pantry Support: A portion of our garden’s fresh produce goes directly to families in need through our food pantry and soup kitchen.
Educational Workshops: We offer hands-on workshops on sustainable gardening, nutrition, and environmental responsibility.
Community Engagement: Unity Roots is a space for neighbors to come together, volunteer, and grow side by side.
