The Womanly program is been committed to providing essential health education, access to hygiene products, and community support to women of all ages. Whether you’re a young girl beginning your journey or a woman seeking resources for your well-being, Womanly is here to help you thrive.

Hygiene Kits Distribution
- Purpose: Ensure that all women, regardless of socioeconomic status, have access to essential hygiene products.
- Kit Contents:
- Menstrual products (pads, tampons, menstrual cups)
- Soap, shampoo, and conditioner
- Toothpaste and toothbrush
- Deodorant
- Hand sanitizers and face masks
- Distribution Points: Schools, shelters, community centers, and churches.
- Mobile Outreach: Partnering with local food pantries and mobile health units to reach underserved women in rural or low-income area
Health Education Workshops
- Purpose: Educate women and girls on essential topics such as reproductive health, menstrual hygiene, mental health, nutrition, and preventative care.
- Workshops:
- Menstrual Health 101: Understanding Your Cycle
- Women’s Wellness: Nutrition, Exercise, and Mental Health
- Reproductive Health: From Adolescence to Adulthood
- Preventative Healthcare: Cancer Screenings, Breast Health, and Regular Check-ups
- Facilitators: Local healthcare professionals, doctors, and women’s health advocates.
- Delivery: In-person workshops, community events, and online webinars
Peer Support Groups
- Purpose: Create safe spaces where women can share their experiences, challenges, and knowledge with one another.
- Groups Offered:
- Teen Girls Empowerment Group: Focused on body positivity, self-care, and navigating puberty.
- Women’s Health Circle: Discussions around reproductive health, mental health, and motherhood.
- Elderly Women Support: Addressing aging, menopause, and senior health.
- Format: Monthly meetings in person and virtual groups for those unable to attend physically.
School and Youth Partnerships
- Purpose: Engage young girls in the community through partnerships with local schools, providing both educational resources and free access to hygiene products.
- Programs:
- School-based Hygiene Drives: Encouraging community involvement to collect hygiene products.
- Educational Series: Health and wellness talks integrated into school curriculums.
- “Womanly Ambassadors”: High school girls can participate as program ambassadors, assisting in education and distribution efforts while learning leadership skills.

Purpose: Advocate for health and hygiene equity in the Katy-Cypress and greater Houston area.
- Initiatives:
- Lobby for school districts to offer free menstrual products in schools.
